Mat Farms is located in the prestigious Guiderland Central School District, which was ranked # 3 in the Albany area out of 83 local school districts.

Altamont Elementary – Approx 300 students attend grades K-5. The US Dept of Education has named it a Blue Ribbon School. Located under 4 miles to the west of our neighborhood.

Farnsworth Middle School – Approx 1150 students attend grades 6-8. In 2015 NYS Dept of Education designated it as a Essential Elements Schools to Watch (EESW), one of only 27 in New York. Conveniently located south on Route 155.

Guilderland High School – Approx 1800 student attend grades 9-12. GHS offers college credits thru Advanced Placement (AP) and Syracuse University Project Advance (SUPA).
